TOPIC: THE “ONE ANOTHER” VERSES TEXT: Ephesians 4:12-13 The idea of “One Another” captured and mirrored in the epistles will serve as guide to building healthy relationship in our faith community and it is also a reliable indicator of relational performance.  Edify one another (Eph 4:12-13)  Accept one another (Rom 15:7)  Instruct one another (Rom 15:14)  Greet one another (Rom 16:16; I Thess 5:26; 1 Pet 5:14)  Wait for one another (1 Cor 11:33)  Care for one another (1 Cor 12:25)  Serve one another (Gal 5:13)  Bear with one another (Eph 4:2; Col 3:13)  Be kind with one another (Eph 4:32)   Submit to one another (Eph 5:21; 1Pet 5:21) We equally have the challenge of avoiding certain negative “One Another”. • Not depriving one another (1 Cor 7:5) • Not judging one another (Rom 14:13) • Not lusting for one another (Rom 1:27) • Not biting one another (Gal 5:15) • Not devouring one another (Gal 5:15) • Not provoking one another (Gal 5:26) • Not envying one another (Gal 5:26) • Not lying for one another (Col 3:9) • Not hating one another (Titus 3:30 • Not slandering one another (James 4:11) • Not grumbling against one another (James 5:9)
